Michael “Scott” Yaroschuk, Managing Partner, possesses nearly two decades of leadership and management experience as a Tactical Commander, Data Systems/Communications Manager, Operations Officer, Operations/Exercise Planner, and Project Manager in the United States Marine Corps and the consulting industry. He has been a highly successful practitioner of Knowledge Management with the Joint Staff, DISA, and the United States Marine Corps. He recently served as Knowledge Management Officer for the National Joint Operations and Intelligence Center (NJOIC) in the Pentagon and Regional Command Southwest in Helmand Province, Afghanistan– an organization of approximately 30,000 personnel. Scott is a PMP and member of AFCEA and PMI.
Joseph V. Cosentino, Partner, brings a diverse set of military, private sector, and Federal consulting experiences to bear when solving complex problems on behalf of clients. His background is in start-ups, project planning, documentation, capital budgeting, acquisitions, facilitation, and change management. As a Federal contractor, Joe has rapidly progressed through a series of billets ranging from financial analyst to manager responsible for transitioning a $200M+ IT system between Federal agencies. Joe is a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps who served as the Communications and Information Systems Officer for 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines, and for 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion when that unit deployed to Iraq in 2004. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University in Washington, DC, and earned his MBA from The University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is a member of AFCEA and PMI.
Dan Ward has over 21 years of experience in the IT field. His background is in software development, change management, project management, risk management, and stakeholder management. Within the IT field, Dan has worked hands-on in every position ensuring that he has the needed knowledge to help clients with every type of problem. With over 300+ successful software deployments, Dan has managed projects of every size and shape. From small three-person teams to a 154-person PMO team. As the Director for Veterans Relationship Management, Dan provided day-to-day management for 40 managers and 114 architects, business analysts, engineers, financial analysts, and technical writers. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Strayer University in Washington, DC, and is a member of PMI.
