Awarded $79.4 Million VA IT Modernization Contract

Arlington, VA – Sprezzatura-GovernmentCIO Joint Venture LLC has been awarded a five-year, performance-based task order by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center. The contract, titled “Corporate Consolidated Support Services (CCSS) 2.0,” aims to modernize and sustain critical IT systems across the VA enterprise.

Under this hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Cost-Reimbursable award, the team will:

  • Provide technical sustainment for the VA’s Financial Management Systems (FMS) and open systems platforms, ensuring reliable veteran payments and accurate financial reporting.
  • Support modernization through DevSecOps initiatives and legacy system sustainment, giving the VA flexible capacity to meet evolving technology and compliance needs.
  • Deliver a range of solutions including system roadmaps, architecture design, technical documentation, and secure software development pipelines.
